Hens Weekend @ Mt Tamborine (QLD)

Organised event from start to finish.

  • Coordinated general specifics with future bride in the lead up to Hens Weekend through various communication channels (face-to-face, emails, telephone) e.g., location, dates, guest list, budget, themes and any limitations

  • Send out Hens Weekend invitation, specific information and expectations to guest attendees

  • Coordination with Bridesmaids on games and contributions on the day

  • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers on schedule and delivery of items for the weekend

  • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers on schedule of pick up and drop off for guests for a full day winery tour (incl. Lunch)

  • Coordination of travel and accommodation of all guest attendees

  • Collation and reconciliation of credit accounts

Marriage Proposal

Sea World (QLD)

Marriage Proposal @ Sea World, Seal Exhibit (QLD)

Organised event from start to finish.

  • Coordinated general specifics with husband-to-be through various communication channels in the lead up to the proposal (face-to-face, email, telephone) e.g., location, date, limitations (COVID)

  • Request quotation & availability on various Seal Experiences to presented to husband-to-be

  • Coordinated date and time with Seal Exhibit (Sea World).

  • Coordinate a decoy schedule with (unexpected) bride-to-be, and scheduling events to ensure the client was presentable and unaware

  • Coordination of travel and night-before accommodation for the (unexpected) bride-to-be

  • Coordination of "Surprise" engagement gift and accommodation on the night of the proposal for thew newly engaged couple

Austinville (QLD)

Wedding Event Coordination @ Austinvilla Estate (QLD)

Organised event from start to finish.

  • Coordinated general specifics with bridal couple through various communication methods in the lead up to the wedding (face-to-face, emails, telephone) e.g., location, guests, date, limitations, must haves.

  • Request for quotations on various suppliers/vendors for the event (e.g., caterer, photographer, celebrant, hair and makeup services, florist, videography, graphic designers, musicians, accommodation, dress designers, stylists, stationery).

  • Attend meetings with various suppliers and coordinate with the bridal couple.

  • Managing and updating bridal budget spreadsheets.

  • Collation and reconcilation of credit accounts.

  • Managing of RSVP.

  • Coordinating of wedding day timeline & run-sheet.

  • On the day: Coordination of bridal party, VIPs, celebrant, MC, venue staff.

Reception Coordination

Reception Coordination @ Cove, Bokarina (QLD)

​Day Coordination Support

  • Assisting with both reception setup and pack down, including tables, chairs, table linens, tableware, drink stations, eskies, ice, glassware, cutlery and plates.

  • Supporting the venue team with moving and arranging tables and chairs throughout the event space.

  • Refilling drink stations and monitoring beverage stock.

  • Managing washing up duties and keeping used glasses, plates and cutlery clean and organised throughout the event.

  • Styling and presenting pre-ordered food platters beautifully for guests

  • Setting up candles, florals and decorative details for cocktail-style receptions.

  • Monitoring and emptying bins throughout the event to keep spaces clean and presentable.

  • Organising recycling and packing recyclable items for collection after the event.

  • Providing general behind-the-scenes support to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

  • Packing up personal items, décor and leftover food at the end of the night.

  • Ensuring hire items are accounted for before collection.

Master of
Ceremonies

Erakor Island, Vanuatu

  • Welcome guests and set the tone for the event

  • Introduce themselves and explain the flow of the reception

  • Keep the event running on schedule

  • Coordinate with vendors (caterers, DJ/band, photographer, venue staff)

  • Introduce key moments (entrance of the couple, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, etc.)

  • Introduce speakers and give brief, engaging transitions between speeches

  • Manage timing of speeches to avoid overruns

  • Keep guests informed about what’s happening next

  • Handle any unexpected issues or delays calmly and discreetly

  • Maintain energy and engagement without overshadowing the couple

  • Encourage guest participation when appropriate (e.g., applause, moving to dance floor)

  • Make important announcements (e.g., dinner service, group photos, transport info)

  • Ensure cultural or traditional elements are introduced respectfully

  • Wrap up the event or hand over to the DJ/band for the party portion
