Reception Coordination

​Day Coordination Support

Assisting with both reception setup and pack down, including tables, chairs, table linens, tableware, drink stations, eskies, ice, glassware, cutlery and plates.

Supporting the venue team with moving and arranging tables and chairs throughout the event space.

Refilling drink stations and monitoring beverage stock.

Managing washing up duties and keeping used glasses, plates and cutlery clean and organised throughout the event.

Styling and presenting pre-ordered food platters beautifully for guests

Setting up candles, florals and decorative details for cocktail-style receptions.
