Meet Lauren

Hey, Lauren here.

Curator, and where the ideas stem from at Plantastic Events.

My adventure thus far began in 2010 when I obtained my Wedding Coordinator certificate, as I love planning, coordinating events and dreamt of becoming a Events and Wedding Planner.

​

Life happened, and my dream of wedding planning and coordination sat to the side whilst I started my degree in Business at QUT.

​

August 2020 reignited my spark for weddings and events, as my best-friend's boyfriend (now husband) asked help to plan the proposal in March 2021. Shortly, I was planning my best-friend's Hen's weekend away, and low-and-behold my own wedding in April 2023.

Many friends and family have all commended on my attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and planning things to exact minute, even so "you look so much in your element Lauren, you should make this your career!"

So here we are, Plantastic was hiding all along, and now has become a reality, where my aim is to utilise my passion, my business degree, roll it all into one.

​

When I'm not planning my next event, you can find me exercising at the gym, practicing my singing, relaxing with my husband (cat: Pickle and Rottweiler: Cyrus ), and socialising with my friends.

​
